1. Session 1: Half day, group, in person focused on:

  • The Responsibility Process
  • Understanding your inherent leadership gifts and gaps
  • Defining your Core Purpose

2. Coaching call, one-on-one with each participant focused on:

  • Individual leadership goals
  • Finalizing your Core Purpose Statement

3. Session 2: Half day, group, in person focused on:

  • Sharing your core purpose
  • Understanding your conflict style
  • Using your conflict gift and gaps to your leadership advantage

4. Coaching call, one-on-one with each participant focused on:

  • Progress/blocks toward leadership goals

5. Session 3: Half day, group, in person focused on:

  • Understanding your decision-making style
  • Using your decision-making gifts and gaps to your leadership advantage

6. Coaching call, one-on-one with each participant focused on:

  • Attainment of leadership goals
  • New goals

This program will be time-spanned for maximum applicability and retention.
