3. Session 2: Half day, group, in person focused on:
- Sharing your core purpose
- Understanding your conflict style
- Using your conflict gift and gaps to your leadership advantage
4. Coaching call, one-on-one with each participant focused on:
- Progress/blocks toward leadership goals
5. Session 3: Half day, group, in person focused on:
- Understanding your decision-making style
- Using your decision-making gifts and gaps to your leadership advantage
6. Coaching call, one-on-one with each participant focused on:
- Attainment of leadership goals
- New goals
